Emergency Department Initiatives

We leverage current hospital's data to drive operational improvements and performance enhancement through the entire ED process. From arrival to the department to when the patient is dispositioned. Frequent focus includes decrease left before treatment completed rates, decrease door to provider times, decrease overall patient length of stay and decreasing the time in dispositioning patients.
